Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Toes and Sitting

Well, somebody finally figured out that they could grab there toes...yeah for Brady! HA! Just kidding, of course it was Mr. Nolan : ) He's been staring at his toes for I don't know how long every time that he is sitting in our laps, and finally today while getting his diaper changed he decided to grab hold.

And, he decided he wanted to do something else today while we were playing. He decided it was time to start working on sitting without the bumbo or the boppy! He was rolling from his back to his tummy, but when he was getting to his side, I noticed that he was trying to pull up, so I helped him. He held himself up pretty well for quite a while. I can't believe that we are getting to this point already!

Party Animal

Hello, everybody!



Today we went to our first birthday party! It was my co-worker's little girl's 3rd birthday party, so Nolan had to dress up for the occasion (we've been dying to put this on him!)! Doesn't he look adorable???



We were late to the party, which doesn't surprise me, but we finally made it. It was a fun party, even though little Nolan couldn't do a whole lot, but he sure made everyone smile in his little tux shirt!

While presents were being open, he passed out. He woke back up on our way to the car, but as soon as we got home he let me know just how tired he was again. I guess he partied too hard...

Update

It's been awhile since I've posted and I promised a few people that I would today, so here goes...

We've been under the weather lately (probably cause the weather won't make up it's mind!) so that's another reason that we haven't made time to update. Nolan, Brady and I all became sick on Monday and it wasn't the best day. Anywho, we are all feeling a lot better so we took a couple of pics, and we will be taking more tomorrow at a friend's 3rd birthday! I can't wait to show you Nolan's outfit!!!

Getting BIG!

A few weeks ago we were up in Midlothian seeing Brady's family, and our little Nolan decided that he would be a big boy.

We've been trying to feed him cereal, but he is not too keen on the spoon, so Brady and his mom decided to buy a bottle feeder. Well, we didn't use the spoon part but tried out the tiny 2oz bottle that came with it. Of course he took it without a problem, and by took it, I mean the kid doesn't need our help as much.

He even does this with his bigger bottles now, so it won't be too much longer...I wish I could slow him down! Kind of. Ugh, he's growing too fast!
