FBWaco Fall Festival

Today was Nolan's Fall Festival, so that meant wearing his newly made Halloween costume...

Well, for 15minutes anyway. Nolan is not crazy about his costume, and well, I didn't blame him today since it was 90*! However, I still think it is hilarious, and I'm glad I got some pics...you'll see...

Are you ready?

Here goes...

"Buddy the Elf, what's your favorite color?"

"Mom, I hate this costume."

The hat is what made the costume, but that was his least favorite part.

He drove us to the festival, you know...

Full costume... :)

"I traveled through the Candy Cane Forest..."

...And, then I changed, so that I could play...sort of.

He climbed up the bounce slide, and then he sat up there whining!

He's still trying to figure out if he should try it or not...

And, he didn't...

We went to the other bounce house, and he enjoyed it much more...

That is, until he got to the top again...

But, once he slid, he was all smiles...

So, he had to do it again!

LOVE IT!!!
It was then time to round up the troops...
...so we could get home to watch the Rangers!
Although the costume didn't work out, he had fun at the festival, and he had a blast cheering on his Rangers! That's all that matters, right? Go RANGERS!!!

Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday our little family went to the Pumpkin Patch becuase, all week, Nolan has been shouting "Pumpkin Hatch!" everytime I pass by it :)

So, once daddy came home, we got ready to go. But, not before Nolan showed me how excited he was about going...

We got there, and he really had no idea what to think about all the pumpkins. He looked so cute amongst them all...

He checked them all out, so that he could pick the perfect one. I think this one was too big...

This one was too bumpy...

Here he is just being silly and cheesing it up for the camera!

Now, he is still searching for the right one...

Still too big for him...
Maybe there is one over here...
That one could be it...
"NO! It's over there..."
We looked at the "baby" pumpkins, but they still weren't right. However, something caught his eye!

Here it is! The baby pumpkin he was looking for!!!
Then it was time for some pics with his selection...
I love this one, where he is showing off his pumpkin!
Before we left the nice people gave him a pumpkin patch sticker, and here he is showing me...

We had a fun time watching him run around and look at all the pumpkins. Now he walks out onto the porch, where he sees the ones we bought, and says, "Look! My baby pumpkin and daddy's pumpkin!" It's too cute!

Happy Fall everyone : )

OMG and I Gotta Feelin'...Hilarious!

How I forgot these, I don't know, but here he is showing off his dance moves on our way up 35...

GO RANGERS!!!

Today was our final celebration for Nolan's 2nd birthday, so we took a family outing to see the Rangers!

The little man patiently waited as daddy and I finished getting ready...

Finally on our way...

And, here is the amazement of seeing the field for the first time...LOVE IT!!!

A picture with Daddy, and the biggest smile we've seen since he got his helmet!

Rangers warming up...

Daddy and Nolan watching practice...
He's SO excited!!!

In the diner for our first ballpark hot dog...

Here it is, and it looks disgusting...

This is his new Rangers cap, by the way, and he always wants to wear his hats this way...

Our view from our seats...

Me and my little man...

Daddy stuffing his face...
Checking out the field...
Rangers Captain, whom Nolan wasn't too sure about...

Micheal Young, warming up...
Outfield as the Rangers are announced...
Matt Treanor...

Micheal Young...
Trying to find where the drums are coming from...
Watching the game...

He's actually smiling here...

Ian Kinsler...

Daddy wanted a pic, but it didn't turn out too well...

Michael Young at bat...

Trying to keep interested in the game; he was saying, "Bye-bye baseball" by this point...
It was finally time for us to go...
But first, Nolan showed me his new ball and hat...
His helmet bowl...

And new t-shirt...
Then, he passed out...
Caught me taking his picture...

Then passed out again!
We had a great time at the game, although it was exhausting, it was worth every minute of joy that was on our little guy's face :)
Our day didn't end there though. On our way out, we stopped to drop off Nolan, for some camping, with Brady's parents.
He showed them his new hat...
(To my family: Doesn't this look like a miniature Gregory???)
And, Daddy tried out the bunk beds...

Then, Jamma and I took him to the park, so he could see how much fun he was going to have...
"I see you!" (LOVE this pic!)
Go explore and have fun, little man!
So that was our busy day, and it's now a quiet night. A little too quiet. I miss my baby, but I know that he is loving the time with his Jamma and Pop :)
See you Saturday, mister! Hope you had as much fun as we did today, we love you!!!
